• Питьевая галерея - построена на месте первой в Пятигорске церкви Скорбящей Божьей Матери, построенной в 1827-1828 годах по инициативе архимандрита Александро-Невской Лавры Товии, открывшего так же источник минеральной воды в районе Елизаветинской (Академической) галереи. В последствии, его имением названы открытый им источник и лечебные ванны.
